Knotts Island Winery and a Currituck County Roadside Produce Market Travel to Currituck County and ride the ferry to Knott's Island. Tour Moonrise winery and vineyards. Have a picnic on the grounds and ride the ferry back to the mainland. Tour a couple of roadside markets on the way back. (Estimated travel time to the ferry - 1 hour and 15 minutes; 45 minute ferry ride.) |
