Only two entries were received this year for the 4-H and Youth award. Both were from the Northwest District. The State winners were: first Kathryn Holmes, Rockingham County, and second the team of Karen Neil and Brenda Morris, Guilford County. The 4-H and Youth Committee will continue to explore new ways to encourage more applicants for the award.
