4-H & Youth Report
2000 - 2001
The 4-H and Youth Committee will continue to look at ways to strengthen the county and state 4-H programs through analyzing cooperative programming ventures and in working with other association youth committees. We will continue to support and arrange for 4-H presentations at NACAA annual meetings. We will also continue to support the 4-H recognition (NACAA) and the talent review (Monsanto Agricultural Products) programs.
This year the committee recognized Martha Mobley and Kathryn Holmes as the state winner and runner-up for the Search for Excellence Award in 4-H and youth programs.
