BENEVOLENCE
Each county in the North Central District will select a
representative to notify the District Benevolence Chairman of
illness or death of an active or retired North Central District
NCACAA member or family member.
The District Benevolence Chairman will use e-mail and other
appropriate means to notify members of the North Central District
NCACAA of illness or death of North Central District NCACAA
members or their families.
Upon the death of an active or retired North Central District
NCACAA member, the District Benevolence Chairman will coordinate
with the District Treasurer to arrange for a $50 memorial and an
appropriate card extending sympathy to be sent to the family of
the member.
Upon the death of a North Central District NCACAA member's
spouse, child or parent, the District Benevolence Chairman will
send an appropriate card extending sympathy to the member.
Upon being notified of illness of a North Central District
NCACAA member or member's spouse, child or parent, the District
Benevolence Chairman will send an appropriate card to the
member.
RETIRED AGENT RECOGNITION
The North Central District will recognize each retiring agent
in our district who is a member of NACAA and has more than ten
years of service. The retiring agent will receive a plaque at an
appropriate function (retirement function or district association
meeting) to honor that person. The Public Relations committee
will be responsible for implementation of this policy.
AGENT SCHOLARSHIP FUND
The North Central District will pay a one-time fee of $25 per agent into the NACAA Ag Agent Scholarship. The agent will pay the remaining $15 to bring the member's total to $40. Approved 1995 and Scholarship Chair is responsible.
