Benevolence Policy

Western District

Flowers from our association will be sent at the death of any member of the association, death of his/her parent, death of his/her spouse or death of his/her child; flowers will also be sent at the death of any Extension Agent and or Extension Secretary and paid-up life members of the Western District Association of County Agricultural Agents. The county staff in the county where the death occurs will be responsible for ordering flowers for the deceased for an amount not to exceed $40. The bill for these flowers will be sent to the Western District Association of County Agricultural Agents Secretary/Treasurer.

The County Extension Office in which the death occurs will also begin a series or chain of telephone calls until all Agricultural Extension Offices in the district have been contacted. If this death occurs on a weekend, the County Extension Chairman will begin these telephone calls, and the calls will continue until all counties in the district have been contacted.
