First, we want to invite everyone to the 2008 NCACAA Annual Meeting. This year is a first for the NCACAA, in that the West District will be hosting our annual meeting outside of our district, in Greensboro, NC, immediately before the NACAA Annual Meeting. The State Meeting will be on Friday July 11, 2008, beginning with our business session at 2:00PM, and conclude that night with are Awards Banquet. The National Meeting will begin on Sunday, July 13, and run through that Thursday.

Meeting Location Information

Sheraton Greensboro Hotel at Four Seasons

We want to be sure that the National meeting gets credit for the overnight stays many of you will be enjoying after the State meeting. By combining the dates of the two meetings it is critical that you all understand the method to make your hotel reservations for the state meeting. Please read the following very carefully and if you have questions please send them to the Bill Skelton.

Each of these will provide you with the group room rate of $115 plus tax per room, which is within the state per diem rate for double occupancy.
