This tour has something for every family member to enjoy.  Starting with the North Carolina Transportation Museum, participants will get a tour of the railroad industry and see many restored locomotives and cars. Next will be a stop at the North Carolina Research Campus, a private-public venture conducting the latest research on foods and nutrition using some of the most advanced equipment in the world for advances in biotechnology, nutrition and health.  The next stop will be the Old Stone Winery where adults can taste wines and youth can enjoy muscadine grape juice.  The tour will finish at the Lexington Farmers' Market.  Come join us for this exciting tour!
